It’s that time of year when Apple unveils its highly anticipated smartphone series. iPhone 16 Overview

Design 

The major design change that we have witnessed on the iPhone 16 is the redesigned camera module. The Cupertino tech giant has bought back the vertical camera layout from the past on this new guy. It’s quite a while since we haven’t seen a vertical module since the iPhone 12.

In terms of display, the iPhone 16 features a 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR display same as its predecessor. While Apple has redesigned the camera module, it has also introduced much thinner bezels. However, the refresh rate remains at 60Hz, which is surprising given that we are nearing the end of 2024. But, as always, it’s Apple being Apple!

Performance

The iPhone 16 uses the Apple 18 SoC across the board. Likewise, a new thermal design with a graphene layer also comes with the iPhone 16 models. Similarly, you’ll now get the memory of 8GB supported by a storage capacity of up to 512GB.

Moreover, the iPhone 16 brings WiFi 7, a USB Type-C port, and an AI-enhanced Siri experience.
